Product Overview

The Vestil Steel Pull-Chain Mechanical Dock Leveler provides a heavy-duty, dependable solution for bridging the height difference between loading docks and trailers during loading and unloading operations.

Featuring a 20,000 lb. capacity, the RR-610-20 uses a spring-operated pull-chain mechanism for reliable mechanical activation without requiring a powered hydraulic system. Its heavy-duty steel checkered-plate deck and reinforced steel understructure are designed to withstand demanding warehouse, distribution, manufacturing, and freight-terminal environments.

The dock leveler provides a 12-inch service range above and below dock height, while the 16-inch lip creates a stable transition between the dock and trailer. Telescopic side-mounted toe guards help cover openings throughout the service range, and laminated dock bumpers help protect the dock face.
