1. Introduction
These Billing Terms and Conditions describe the billing and payment practices applicable to purchases made through Prime Industrial Depot (“we,” “us,” or “our”).
By placing an order through our website, you agree to the billing and payment terms applicable to your purchase, together with our other applicable policies and Terms of Service.
Billing, payment, tax, refund, and other transaction-related requirements may vary depending on the order, payment method, and applicable law.
2. Payment Terms
2.1 Pricing
All product prices displayed on our website are listed in U.S. dollars (USD) unless otherwise indicated. Prices are subject to change, but changes will not affect an order after it has been successfully placed, except where a pricing or other material error requires correction or cancellation.

5. Refunds and Credits
Refunds, returns, and credits are subject to the eligibility requirements and procedures described in our Return and Refund Policy and any other applicable order terms.
Approved refunds will generally be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase unless otherwise required or agreed upon.
After a refund is issued, the time required for the funds to appear in the customer's account may vary depending on the payment method, financial institution, or payment provider. Prime Industrial Depot does not control processing times imposed by third-party financial institutions or payment providers.

6. Taxes
Applicable sales taxes or other transaction-based taxes may be calculated and collected as required based on the order, delivery destination, and applicable tax laws.

Customers claiming a valid tax exemption may be required to provide appropriate exemption documentation and satisfy any applicable requirements before an exemption can be applied.

8. Payment and Security
Prime Industrial Depot uses Shopify and supported payment providers to facilitate payment processing for purchases made through our website.
Payment information submitted during checkout is processed through Shopify and the applicable payment provider. Prime Industrial Depot does not directly store complete payment card information submitted through Shopify's checkout.
Payment transactions and payment information are also subject to the security practices, terms, and privacy policies of the applicable payment providers.
While reasonable measures are used to support secure transactions, no electronic transmission or storage system can be guaranteed to be completely secure.
9. Changes to These Billing Terms
Prime Industrial Depot may update these Billing Terms and Conditions from time to time to reflect changes to our business practices, payment processes, services, or applicable requirements.
When changes are made, we will update the “Last Updated” date at the top of this page. Updated Billing Terms will become effective when posted unless otherwise stated or required by applicable law.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Prime Industrial Depot will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or relating to billing or payment matters covered by these Billing Terms and Conditions.
Nothing in these Billing Terms is intended to exclude or limit liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited under applicable law.

11. Governing Law
These Billing Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Connecticut and applicable federal laws of the United States, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
Any dispute arising from or relating to these Billing Terms will be handled in accordance with applicable law and any dispute-resolution provisions contained in our Terms of Service.
