1. Order Cancellation Requests

We understand that circumstances may change after an order is placed. If you would like to request cancellation of an order, please contact Prime Industrial Depot as soon as possible.

We will make reasonable efforts to accommodate cancellation requests; however, cancellation is not guaranteed. Because many of our products are fulfilled directly by manufacturers or suppliers, an order may enter processing, production, preparation, or shipment shortly after it is placed.

Once an order has entered a stage where the manufacturer, supplier, or fulfillment partner can no longer cancel it, the order may no longer be eligible for cancellation.

2. Orders That Have Shipped

Orders that have already shipped cannot be canceled.

If you no longer wish to keep an order after it has shipped, please contact Prime Industrial Depot to determine whether the product may be eligible for return. Return eligibility varies depending on the product, manufacturer, order circumstances, and applicable return requirements.

Do not refuse delivery or return an item to the manufacturer, supplier, or carrier without first receiving instructions from Prime Industrial Depot. Unauthorized returns or refused deliveries may result in additional shipping, freight, restocking, or other charges.

3. Cancellation Fees and Manufacturer Charges

Cancellation fees or other charges may apply to an approved cancellation depending on the product, manufacturer, supplier requirements, order status, and costs already incurred in connection with the order.

If a cancellation request is eligible but subject to an applicable fee or charge, Prime Industrial Depot will provide information regarding the known charge before completing the cancellation when reasonably possible.

Made-to-order, customized, specially configured, or other manufacturer-restricted products may be subject to additional cancellation restrictions or may become non-cancellable once processing, production, or fulfillment has begun.

Nothing in this section limits any rights or remedies available to customers under applicable law.

4. How to Request a Cancellation

To request cancellation of an order, please contact Prime Industrial Depot as soon as possible and provide your order number and any other information reasonably necessary to identify the order.
